Testing, Inspection & Certification.

Our laboratory can count on a team of 80 employees, working on different fields.

We are certified UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and NADCAP for materials testing (destructive and nondestructive activities) and performs testing and inspections in order to determine chemical, physical, metallographic, structural and dimensional properties of any material part and component.

We are also approved by Boeing, Leonardo, GE aviation, Safran, Selex, MBDA and many others aeronautical brands.

We provide customers with the skills and tools needed to control, improve and innovate materials, products and processes (such as Additive Manufacturing) from R&D to Production and Failure Analysis, through a lean, flexible and partnership approach.

We also provides certification as well as training for the welding process, NDT and materials testing.

Industrial Tomography, Additive Manufacturing Investigation (from powders to parts) and fatigue testing are the drivers of our development strategy and we provide services for the most important brands as Leonardo, Avio Aero (GE aviation), Nuovo Pignone (GE oil & gas), MBDA, Ferrari, Audi (Lamborghini, Ducati), Alenia.
